The role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product and Engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our frontend development process. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive user interfaces that directly contribute to our product's success. This role is based in Poland and operates on a hybrid model, allowing you to balance collaborative office work with the flexibility of remote tasks.

Core responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, scalable frontend components while adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to shape our frontend architecture and establish robust testing strategies.
• Apply a strategic mindset to balance rapid innovation with long-term performance optimization and clean, maintainable code.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep technical background and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in web frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular 17, RxJS, Redux/NGRX, and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end test automation, specifically with Cypress.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to share knowledge and mentor team members.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus points if you have experience with d3.js, React, or Stencil.
