The opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to join our fully remote engineering organization. In this role you will help guide the evolution of our frontend systems, working across both modern React interfaces and established codebases. Your contributions will directly influence the reliability and delight of products used by leading marketing teams worldwide, and you will have a voice in setting the direction for the components your team owns.

A day in the life

• You will architect thoughtful solutions to complex frontend challenges, weighing technical trade-offs against real business needs and presenting clear proposals to your teammates.
• You will move between modern React development and legacy systems built with Backbone, jQuery, and PHP, ensuring new features integrate smoothly while keeping existing experiences stable.
• You will collaborate within your Scrum team to scope, estimate, build, and test features, then mentor colleagues on patterns and practices that keep our codebase healthy and our delivery predictable.

Who you are

You bring at least five years of professional software engineering experience and feel confident writing JavaScript every day. You have shipped production features with React.js as part of a collaborative team and know how to prototype quickly when an idea needs to be tested. Experience working across multiple frontend repositories, contributing to distributed or fully remote teams, or understanding backend data structures is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and a habit of supporting teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and clear documentation matter to us.

The base compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $171,000 for candidates located in the United States, and every full-time employee receives equity.
