What you'll be doing

• Architect and evolve our world-class data platform by designing high-performance ETL pipelines and robust storage solutions that ensure operational excellence.
• Lead the development of our analytics and semantic layer, creating clean data models that drive business intelligence and support our advanced AI applications.
• Mentor fellow engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence by setting best practices for data modeling, coding, and system design.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and data systems, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English. We are looking for someone with the following technical expertise:

• Proficiency in dbt for transformations and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Back-end development experience in NodeJS, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment tools including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• A deep understanding of data pipeline architecture, monitoring, and alerting.
• Strong systems design skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
