The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our platform, ensuring that our features are not only highly functional and fast but also intuitive for our users. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, diving deep into technical challenges while keeping the broader product vision in mind. You will also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members and helping us maintain a high standard of code quality across our services.

A day in the life

• You will lead mid-sized development projects, handling everything from technical requirements gathering and data modeling to final deployment.
• You will solve complex business and product needs by building custom software, implementing enhancements, and performing necessary bug fixes.
• You will actively participate in code reviews and collaborate with the product team to troubleshoot issues in upper environments, ensuring our solutions perform reliably across all infrastructure.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience, and you possess a total of 8 years of industry expertise. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating effectively in English. You bring a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable systems.

Your technical toolkit includes:

• Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Git, unit testing frameworks, performance monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment tools such as Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
