Role at a glance

This is a full-time, remote position for a seasoned engineer based in the United States. You will play a critical role in our backend development efforts, working closely with our product teams to build high-impact features that make sourcing materials effortless for our users.

Your impact

• Design and implement robust interfaces and features that allow our customers to manage complex supply chains, negotiate with suppliers, and complete large-scale transactions.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial ideation and user research to prototyping, testing, and final deployment.
• Build and maintain internal tools that drive productivity across the company while continuously improving the performance and reliability of our platform.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional experience in backend web development, ideally within a fast-paced startup or small-team environment.
• Strong proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Redux.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, including GitHub, Gitlab, and Netlify.
• The ability to architect cloud-based data models and a track record of delivering clean, effective code.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently within the United States.

Perks and compensation
