The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be a core contributor to our product, balancing the need for rigorous, test-driven development with the agility required to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You will help us grow our codebase organically, ensuring that our systems remain elegant and scalable as we continue to support millions of users. A day in the life

• You will contribute directly to our core product architecture, ensuring that our backend systems are robust, secure, and capable of handling our rapid growth.
• You will engage in rapid prototyping to test new features, helping us make data-driven decisions about which paths to pursue and which to refine.
• You will manage production-release concerns, applying a disciplined approach to testing and deployment while maintaining the speed necessary to stay ahead in the fintech market.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 4 years of industry experience and a strong track record of delivering impactful products. You possess a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, whether gained through formal education or self-taught experience. You are comfortable analyzing complex data to distill business insights, and you have a proven ability to solve challenging problems even when they fall outside your primary area of expertise. Because we are a startup, you should be eager to form strong professional bonds with your colleagues and communicate clearly in English.
