Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our core platform and message orchestration systems, ensuring our technology remains as robust and scalable as the brands we serve.
Your impact
- Architect and develop highly available, scalable platform primitives and REST APIs that serve both internal and external users.
- Guide your team through complex technical and product design decisions, balancing business priorities with long-term system health.
- Mentor fellow engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of high-quality code and transparent communication.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Golang.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining backend services and APIs within an AWS environment.
- Strong proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database modeling.
- A track record of designing modular, flexible architectures that prioritize readability and extensibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.

We offer a competitive base salary range of USD $170,000 to $200,000, paired with significant equity compensation. Because we value talent regardless of location, our salary bands are not tied to geography.
