What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain business-critical software systems that process and record retirement savings for our customers.
- Improve complex, high-volume workflows to ensure they are robust, performant, and require minimal human intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to make informed engineering decisions and deliver clean, reliable, and testable code.
What you'll bring
You are a seasoned engineer with at least 7 years of professional experience in backend development. You thrive in environments that require building highly scalable transaction processing and automation engines. Your technical toolkit includes deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, performance analysis, and both SQL and NoSQL database technologies. You are a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, and you possess a strong sense of ownership over your work. You are comfortable leading projects even when requirements are unclear, and you are always looking for ways to improve system reliability and maintainability. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
What you'll get
