About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to join our high-growth team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will take full ownership of mission-critical applications. You will play a vital role in developing the services that power our Enterprise API, third-party integrations, and AI-driven automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable features that directly enhance the experience for millions of our customers.
- Collaborate closely with our product, design, and analytics teams to build robust, high-performance solutions.
- Mentor fellow engineers to establish strong coding standards and maintain high levels of system uptime through effective monitoring and observability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Extensive experience architecting and building complex, web-based applications.
- Strong technical proficiency with Python, Linux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- A track record of writing clean, well-tested code capable of scaling to handle millions of requests hourly.
- A product-focused mindset with the ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a preference for working in a low-ego, collaborative team setting.
Location
