About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Online Banking Engineering team on a full-time basis. This role is central to our efforts in building and maintaining the consumer and business products that allow users to manage their financial health seamlessly. You will work with modern technologies to iterate on our award-winning platform, ensuring that our clients can provide intuitive banking services without requiring their customers to visit a physical branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine new features, with an immediate priority on expanding our ACH money movement capabilities.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and testing processes to maintain high standards of software quality.
- Offer technical mentorship and share your engineering expertise across the organization while troubleshooting production issues across the stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Django, or DRF.
- A proven track record of owning features from conception to delivery.
- Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to travel to New York City occasionally.
- Experience in the financial technology sector or with ACH systems is considered a significant advantage.

This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $190,000. Beyond the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes equity compensation. We also provide opportunities for performance-based cash and equity bonuses to ensure our team members are rewarded for their contributions.
