What you’ll do
- Deeply understand the healthcare ecosystem and tame gnarly integrations: You will build the products to integrate highly fragmented and dispersed health care services as a cohesive end-to-end experience
- Help set the technology foundation for our microservices and DevOps: You will define our architecture and ensure that our technology approach meets short-term agility needs and sets us up to scale and evolve long term
- Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to rewire health care: You will work across various teams to appreciate the full impact of your technical choices and understand how your work can impact millions of lives on a daily basis
What we’re looking for
- You are entrepreneurial and mission-driven who can present your ideas with clarity and confidence
- You are a high-agency person. You refuse to accept undue constraints and the status quo and will not rest until you figure things out
- You are the go-to person for advice and help, acting as a catalyst for productivity
- 5+ years of experience building products used by real customers
- AI buy-in and interest – bonus points if you have experience building features with generative AI or machine learning
- Ability to stand up RESTful endpoints in less than a day with Go or a better alternative
- Enjoys a smooth, pleasantly humming system with high availability and low drama
- Experience with security coding guidelines, PCI, and/or HIPAA compliance
Total Rewards
Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location
You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
