Role at a glance
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to join us full time in a fully remote capacity. This senior-level role is open to candidates located anywhere, provided they are authorized to work in the United States.
Your impact
- Build the integrations that connect dispersed healthcare services into one seamless, end-to-end experience for our members.
- Shape the architecture and DevOps practices that keep our microservices agile today while preparing them to scale for millions of users tomorrow.
- Partner with product, operations, and clinical teams to ensure every technical decision delivers measurable improvements in health outcomes and cost savings.
What you'll need
You bring five or more years of experience shipping production software that real customers rely on. You move quickly to stand up RESTful endpoints in Go and you care deeply about building systems that stay reliable and drama-free. Experience with security best practices, PCI standards, or HIPAA compliance is essential, and you are genuinely excited about applying AI and machine learning to solve meaningful problems. You are entrepreneurial, high-agency, and comfortable presenting ideas with clarity while collaborating across disciplines. Fluency in English is required.
Perks and compensation
This role offers a salary range of $145,000-$165,000 USD.
