What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis to help us design and deploy native AI features. You will be responsible for building intelligent, seamless experiences that feel like a natural part of our core product. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in North America.

• Develop AI-powered features, such as vector-powered search and proactive suggestions, that maintain our high standards for speed and intuition.
• Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to prototype and iterate on agentic systems and intelligent workflows.
• Architect reliable and privacy-aware infrastructure using technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL APIs, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a maker at heart who possesses significant experience in building and deploying AI systems to production. You should be highly proficient in our core technology stack and comfortable working with WebSockets and complex backend services. We value individuals who are proactive, focused, and capable of executing quickly in a distributed environment. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working in a collaborative, cross-functional team where quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities.
