Mediafly is the leading revenue enablement platform designed to help market-facing teams plan, predict, coach, and engage more effectively. Our unified suite of solutions allows companies to create immersive buyer experiences, scale coaching efforts, and forecast with confidence. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help shape the future of our platform by designing and optimizing AI-driven features while contributing to our broader product stack. You will work as an individual contributor, influencing our architecture and tackling complex engineering challenges to deliver high-impact results for our thousands of users.
Responsibilities
- Design and integrate AI workflows into our customer-facing products using modern orchestration frameworks and agent-like architectures.
- Optimize features powered by large language models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency through techniques like retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate across the full stack to build, maintain, and scale robust web application features, APIs, and cloud services while leading technical discovery for complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical Breadth: You possess deep fluency in fullstack development, specifically with Python, Node.js, and React, with a history of owning production-grade systems.
- Pragmatic AI Experience: You have hands-on experience working with AI systems, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, or integrating LLMs.
- Architectural Expertise: You have a proven ability to design scalable, distributed, and robust systems, paired with a strong product mindset that prioritizes business impact and user experience.
- Leadership and Collaboration: You are a versatile communicator who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys mentoring others, and can navigate both high-level architectural discussions and hands-on debugging.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices, particularly within an AWS environment, is considered a plus.
