About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to our Engineering Manager and contribute to both the evolution of our existing SaaS products and the development of new offerings. This is a remote position that offers the chance to influence the entire product life cycle, from initial concept to market launch. We value engineers who are eager to jump in, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to define and deliver on key objectives.
- Lead large-scale projects autonomously while maintaining clear communication regarding progress and potential solutions.
- Advance our engineering standards by focusing on practices like refactoring, code reviews, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing services within a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Python.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience using Django and Postgres.
- A proactive mindset suited for a fast-paced environment that prioritizes delivering customer value through experimentation and iteration.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
