Role at a glance

We are looking for an Executive-level Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will play a central role in designing and scaling the backend systems that drive our logistics network.

Your impact

• Architect and implement robust, high-performance backend systems that serve as the foundation for our e-commerce delivery tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including data scientists and product managers, to design efficient APIs and integrate complex backend components.
• Lead technical initiatives and provide mentorship to junior engineers to ensure our team maintains high standards for code quality and system scalability.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Deep expertise in RESTful APIs, database management, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A solid foundation in test-driven development, system architecture, and operational monitoring.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
