About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET III) for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be a quality champion who drives the design and development of our automated testing systems. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure our identity verification platform remains reliable, performant, and secure as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and environments to support our complex backend systems and ML pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality software delivery through rigorous code and design reviews.
- Provide technical mentorship to other SDETs and QA engineers while leading initiatives to improve test coverage, reliability, and overall release velocity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Python programming and hands-on experience with PyTest, unittest, and Selenium.
- Proven ability to design test frameworks for large-scale web applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with Docker-based environments, AWS, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Solid understanding of SQL, along with familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, defect management tools, and UNIX-like operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a globally distributed engineering environment.

This position is based at our office in India.
