The role

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our Technology department on a full-time, remote basis. In this senior-level position you will design and deliver production software while mentoring teammates and shaping the technical direction of our trading and support applications.

Core responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new software solutions while maintaining and supporting existing systems to keep them efficient, reliable, and secure.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot complex issues, including occasional after-hours or on-call support when needed.
• Mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and contribute to architectural decisions that guide our overall technical strategy.

Skills and experience

You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and bring strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core along with extensive experience working with SQL databases, particularly SQL Server or PostgreSQL. You have a solid track record maintaining and supporting production systems, and you understand modern software development methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in trading or banking environments-especially with Order Management Systems or Accounting Systems-is strongly preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, and you must be authorized to work full time in the United States.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this role is $200,000–250,000 per year. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus. We support remote work so you can collaborate effectively from anywhere.
