We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.

Key outcomes

• Design, build, and maintain robust applications for claims management within a Microsoft-centric development environment.
• Utilize technologies such as C# .NET, the MVC framework, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and define product features.
• Author complex SQL queries for both application integration and operational reporting requirements.
• Manage the creation of build scripts to facilitate seamless deployments across test and production environments.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and assist leadership in shaping our overall development strategy.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Between 6 and 9 years of hands-on experience in web-based application design, development, and deployment.
• Proven expertise in C# .NET, .NET CORE, Azure, Windows services, API development, and SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills in English to facilitate effective collaboration.
• A demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Experience with healthcare data standards, such as X12 or HL7, is considered a significant advantage.
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
