Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Canada. You will be joining an organization that values your unique path and provides the programs necessary to sharpen your engineering and client-facing skills.

Your impact

  • Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from scoping and designing features to driving them through to final release.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert who mentors junior developers, promotes high coding standards through rigorous code reviews, and inspires continuous learning.
  • Collaborate directly with our clients to gather specifications, manage project schedules, and ensure that our technical solutions meet their specific business demands.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a passion for building robust software systems. We value clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience working with Java or C++.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, project management, and technical design.
  • Experience working across Windows and macOS environments, with Linux knowledge being an asset.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Fluency in English.
