We are currently searching for a Senior Software Developer to help us integrate cutting-edge AI into our platform. Key outcomes

• Take full ownership of technical and product challenges by working across our entire technology stack.
• Lead architectural and design decisions for both new initiatives and existing applications that serve thousands of users.
• Develop performant, reliable, and intuitive user interfaces using modern development tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineering team members to promote industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience, including 3 years focused on building and maintaining large-scale web applications with modern component-based JavaScript frameworks like React.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the web ecosystem, including JavaScript, ES6, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to contribute to the architecture, design, reliability, and scalability of complex systems.
• Experience working within product and design lifecycles alongside product managers and designers.
• A strong commitment to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Background in developing native mobile applications or using React Native.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, including directing work and providing constructive feedback to other developers.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or Circle CI.
