Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from our office, your home within the United States, or a mix of both. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the software that powers our renewable energy infrastructure.
Your impact
- Lead the design and architecture of our data acquisition applications while solving complex algorithmic and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with our distributed team using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality features and maintain existing software components.
- Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure our applications remain readable, reliable, and secure as we scale our energy solutions.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is technically proficient and passionate about renewable energy. You should be comfortable working in English and possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET environments.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular or Blazor.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using Docker, Rancher, or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in working with JSON and building robust RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with PowerShell and a solid understanding of distributed systems and parallel programming.
Perks and compensation
