The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer and Machine Learning Specialist to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be a key player in planning, building, and delivering high-impact AI solutions for our clients. You will serve as a technical leader, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates, and you will play a vital role in mentoring others as we push the boundaries of what is possible. A day in the life

• Architect and develop cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex problems for our clients.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to colleagues, helping them integrate AI technologies into their own workflows.
• Proactively research and test emerging techniques to ensure our development standards remain at the forefront of the industry.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years focused on machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or predictive analytics. You hold a degree in computer science or software engineering with a specialization in AI, or possess equivalent practical experience. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are fluent in French. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Proficiency in Python 3 and essential libraries like Pandas, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-based AI services and Ops practices.
• A strong grasp of Agile Scrum methodologies and software testing standards.
