Responsibilities
- Architect and build highly scalable systems and infrastructure to support our global user base.
- Utilize A/B testing to analyze performance metrics, generate new hypotheses, and drive meaningful product improvements.
- Implement robust monitoring and testing protocols for your APIs and services to ensure the real-time health and reliability of our products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a software engineering role.
- Proven expertise in designing performant microservices and storage layers using modern technologies such as Java, MySQL, DynamoDB, gRPC, GraphQL, and Kafka.
- A strong background in data modeling and a data-driven mindset focused on metrics and experimentation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where we deploy updates multiple times a day.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to maintain a compatible timezone overlap with your team for seamless collaboration.
What we offer
We are proud to offer a competitive base salary range of $135,000 to $178,000. Your actual compensation will be determined by factors such as your specific experience, skills, and geographical location. In addition to our commitment to equitable pay, we provide the following benefits:
