Senior Software Consultant at EnergyTech Global

We are looking for a Senior Software Consultant to join our team on an on-site, full-time basis in India.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and mentor technical teams by recruiting, training, and empowering members to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Drive agile development by implementing methodologies that enhance project efficiency and responsiveness, while maintaining codebases across global applications.
• Optimize CI/CD practices and lead the implementation of robust security strategies within the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience overseeing technical teams and a strong background in cloud-based microservices architecture. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proven programming ability in PHP, Angular, Python, and HTML/JQuery, alongside experience with AWS or other cloud services.
• Development Practices: A solid understanding of CI/CD, responsive design, API development, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, allowing you to manage client expectations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, such as a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA.
