About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Consultant Full Stack Developer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this lead-level position, you will be responsible for overseeing our technical teams, including both internal staff and external contractors. You will play a pivotal role in driving our software strategy, ensuring that our technical roadmap is executed with precision, and maintaining the high-quality standards that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Mentorship: You will lead, train, and empower our technical teams to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring that every team member has the support they need to excel.
• Agile and CI/CD Excellence: You will drive our agile development methodologies and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery across all environments.
• Strategic Project Oversight: You will manage the full project lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to delivering scalable, microservices-based solutions that meet our performance and budget goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to lead complex projects. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

• Over 10 years of experience in software development and technical team leadership.
• Deep expertise in Agile development, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in PHP, Angular, Python, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, such as a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Location

This position is based in India and requires an on-site presence.
