Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Poland. You will be instrumental in driving our technical strategy and ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of procurement technology.

Your impact

Take ownership of the full lifecycle for our cloud-based solutions, from initial design to final implementation.
Collaborate with our engineering team to define and execute our technical strategy while mentoring others to foster a strong culture of excellence.
Analyze complex business needs and break them down into manageable components, ensuring our systems are stable, performant, and high-quality.

What you'll need

Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of architecture patterns like DDD and CQRS.
At least 3 years of technical leadership experience in designing and implementing complex business integrations.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and messaging services like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
A solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases, along with cloud networking and security fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to your teammates.
