Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Poland. You will be instrumental in driving our technical strategy and ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of procurement technology.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the full lifecycle for our cloud-based solutions, from initial design to final implementation.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to define and execute our technical strategy while mentoring others to foster a strong culture of excellence.
• Analyze complex business needs and break them down into manageable components, ensuring our systems are stable, performant, and high-quality.

What you'll need

• Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of architecture patterns like DDD and CQRS.
• At least 3 years of technical leadership experience in designing and implementing complex business integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and messaging services like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• A solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases, along with cloud networking and security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to your teammates.
