We are looking for a Senior Software Backend Engineer to join our growing team in Poland. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex cloud-based solutions. Your impact

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from designing cloud-based architectures to implementing high-performance, stable solutions.
• Shape our engineering strategy by breaking down complex business needs into manageable components and guiding the team through the implementation process.
• Foster a strong technical culture by mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a deep technical background and a collaborative mindset.

• At least 3 years of technical leadership experience in designing and implementing complex business integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, along with practical experience using Django, DRF, and FastAPI.
• Solid expertise in DDD and CQRS architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and messaging services like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• A deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively explain technical concepts and collaborate across teams.
