Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to join our team in the Netherlands. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional who wants to lead through technical excellence. You will play a pivotal role in designing and evolving the core software platforms that drive our high-tech products.

Your impact

• Define and evolve the architecture for complex, multi-platform systems that span across desktop, mobile, embedded, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement robust, real-time data streaming solutions that connect sensors to various endpoints.
• Contribute directly to the codebase by building core modules, prototypes, and proofs of concept while mentoring the team on system design and software quality.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience in software architecture and development, specifically with real-time, multi-platform systems.
• Extensive hands-on proficiency with modern C++ (C++ 17/20), including performance tuning and multithreading.
• A strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture principles.
• Proven experience working with real-time data streaming and hardware or embedded system interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
