About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join our Cyber Security Operation Center on a full-time basis. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining our 24/7 security posture through continuous monitoring, incident triage, and proactive threat hunting. You will play a key part in protecting our infrastructure, mentoring junior team members, and refining our security operations to ensure we stay ahead of emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary responder to security events, conducting thorough investigations into network traffic, user authentication, and cloud-based logs.
• Utilize SIEM technology to perform intrusion detection and escalate critical security incidents as they arise.
• Develop and improve security monitoring content, document findings, and contribute to the automation of our existing security processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in information security and a drive for technical excellence. Our requirements include:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with at least 7 years of experience in the security field.
• At least 1 year of dedicated IT or networking experience, including a foundational understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud security across platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with experience in log analysis and threat hunting.
• Excellent communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for security requests and will be responsible for coaching junior analysts.
• Professional certifications such as GCIA, GMON, or GCIH are highly desirable, as is experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is 94,100 USD to 141,100 USD, though final compensation is determined based on individual skills, experience, and geographic location. We support our team with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
