Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world who bring extensive experience in managing large-scale distributed systems.

Your impact

• You will collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure 24/7 service uptime by designing and implementing automated, self-healing systems.
• You will define and track mission-critical metrics and Service Level Objectives to maintain the highest standards of reliability across our infrastructure.
• You will build robust monitoring and alerting capabilities while developing incident response playbooks to ensure our services remain secure and highly available.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of professional experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of UNIX internals.
• Hands-on experience with cloud provisioning tools like Terraform, Packer, and Ansible, as well as Docker.
• Expertise in monitoring stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Fluency in English and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for working within a distributed, collaborative team environment.
