This is a chance to work within a compact, agile team where your contributions directly influence our ability to deliver superior products at scale.
A day in the life
- You will design and implement zero-trust security architectures and observability solutions to ensure our services remain reliable and performant.
- You will develop self-service tools and automation frameworks that empower our product teams to improve their velocity and operational efficiency.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive infrastructure standards, participate in incident response, and plan for long-term system scalability.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with a passion for building reliable systems and a drive to solve complex technical challenges. We are looking for someone who brings the following experience:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar engineering roles.
- Strong production experience with AWS, including at least 1 year of hands-on work with ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and configuration management tools like Terraform, Helm, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Solid programming skills in at least one automation language such as Python, Golang, or BASH.
- Deep understanding of Linux architecture, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.

- Competitive equity compensation and a 401k plan.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 100% coverage for employees.
- Generous paid time off and flexible work policies.
- Access to professional growth tools, including LinkedIn Learning and the Calm app.
- Life and disability insurance, along with a travel assistance program and 24/7 counseling services.
- A vibrant office culture featuring catered lunches, team offsites, and social events.
