Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core infrastructure systems that directly impact our customers.
- Manage large-scale technical projects from the initial design phase through to final release.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define your personal growth goals while mentoring fellow engineers to help scale our organization.
- Build resilient systems that prioritize sustainable growth, aiming to minimize the support burden and reduce the need for on-call interventions.
- Advocate for reliability and scalability across all engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues by diving into codebases, identifying root causes, and contributing fixes to internal or open-source projects.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, site reliability, or DevOps.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in both scripted and compiled programming languages.
- A proven ability to maintain infrastructure as code and empower your peers.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience managing monitoring, log management, and CI/CD tools for distributed systems.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with or a strong desire to master technologies like Kubernetes, Istio, and Terraform.
- A deep understanding of the full software stack, ranging from user-facing components to networking, memory management, and performance analysis.

The salary range for this position is $176,000 to $205,300, with the final offer determined by your location. All team members also receive company equity.
