What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Engineering Team. This is a full-time, remote position intended for an experienced professional. You will be responsible for the administration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support our internal IT service management processes and broader business objectives.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and Employee Center Pro.
- Partner with IT and business units to define technical solutions that align with our organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing processes to improve overall efficiency and innovation.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow engineering or administration, with a strong background in Incident Management, CMDB, and Service Portal. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within Agile methodologies and possesses a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks. You must be proficient in JavaScript and have experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for this role.

We offer a competitive base salary range. For most locations, the range is $94,300 to $149,200 USD, while for select high-cost areas, the range is $113,300 to $179,200 USD. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
