Our Information Technology department is a dedicated team of 40 professionals who manage our firm's infrastructure and security across multiple international offices. We pride ourselves on delivering rigorous, fact-based analysis that helps our clients navigate complex business challenges, and we are looking for a new team member to help us keep our internal operations running smoothly.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that plays a vital role in boosting employee productivity by serving as a primary point of contact for technical support and problem resolution. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our office locations and remote work to ensure our staff receives the high-quality support they need to succeed.
What will you do?
- Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for our employees, whether they are in the office or working remotely.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, mobile devices, and workstation images while documenting all solutions in our tracking system.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of audio-visual systems and video conferencing tools, such as Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams, to ensure our meetings run without a hitch.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IT and a strong background in supporting modern technology environments. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and enjoys helping others solve technical problems. Your toolkit should include:
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, along with Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
- Technical expertise in Intune, Azure, and Autopilot.
- Experience managing video conferencing solutions and mobile device management in a medium-sized enterprise.
- The ability to travel to provide onsite support in our Oakland and San Francisco offices, as well as the physical capability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- A commitment to professional growth, with a preference for candidates who hold relevant IT certifications.
