Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in France, and you will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our vibrant Paris office and remote work.

Your impact

• Cloud Security Leadership: You will design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect our digital assets and infrastructure within the Google Cloud environment.
• Risk Management and Strategy: You will develop comprehensive security strategies to defend against cyber threats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our platform.
• Incident Response and Continuity: You will lead efforts to detect and mitigate security incidents, minimizing operational impact and ensuring our platform remains reliable for our community.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in security, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in security operations or incident response within cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform and securing containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience with threat hunting, EDR technologies, and conducting forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Fluency in English.
