The role

We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of security and privacy excellence.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and evolve our internal control framework by mapping new regulatory requirements and performing comprehensive gap assessments.
• Execute regular compliance audits and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential security and privacy vulnerabilities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for security and privacy inquiries, providing clear guidance to our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in cybersecurity and a passion for protecting data. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in privacy compliance, information security, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Technology, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ISO-27001, GDPR, NIST, and PCI.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CIPP, or CIPM are considered a significant asset.
• Practical experience with cloud security and compliance tools like OneTrust is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and the communication skills necessary to translate complex security requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
