Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Security and Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role that operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring you to be based in the Seattle area with the ability to travel to our studios in Everett, Renton, and downtown Seattle as needed.
Your impact
- Architect and secure our network infrastructure by developing governance models that align with NIST, GCC, and CMMC compliance standards.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives by coordinating annual audits, managing vulnerability reporting, and implementing robust security solutions to protect our intellectual property.
- Provide expert-level support by serving as a Tier 3 resource for our IT team and mentoring colleagues to drive continuous improvement across our systems.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders. You must be a U.S. citizen to meet our project requirements.
- At least five years of experience managing complex, cloud-hybrid environments.
- Advanced proficiency in VMware, hybrid storage solutions, and backup or disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong technical background in Windows server security, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and SIEM tools.
- Experience with Certificate Authority Management and managing SaaS or PaaS enterprise applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 USD. As an employee-owned company, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and long-term growth.
