Senior Scrum Master at YoungOnes

At YoungOnes, we are preparing for a major evolution in 2026, and we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who can guide our teams, mentor junior staff, and advise our management team. What you bring

In this full-time senior role, you will be the driving force behind the effectiveness of three of our teams, working in a hybrid capacity based in the Netherlands. You will utilize your deep expertise in Product, Scrum, and Agile methodologies to foster a high-performing environment. Your daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events to ensure smooth operations for multiple teams.
• Coaching and mentoring junior Scrum Masters and team members to improve their self-organization and overall Agile maturity.
• Proactively identifying and removing impediments while collaborating with management to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a growth mindset and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations. You should have at least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master within software development, SaaS, or scale-up environments. You must hold a relevant Scrum Master certification, such as PSM-II or A-CSM, and have a solid understanding of additional Agile frameworks. Proficiency in Jira and Miro is a plus. You are required to be fluent in both Dutch and English, and you must hold the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We expect you to be present at our office three days per week to effectively support our teams and organizational goals.
