We are currently helping a client evolve into a product-centric organization, and we need a Senior Scrum Master to lead the charge in Belgium. This role is central to our Gas Flow Management product, which provides essential support for Transmission System Operators across Europe. By joining us, you will help bridge the gap between complex operational processes and modern, agile delivery.

The opportunity

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind two cross-functional feature teams. Your primary mission is to guide these teams through a significant transition from component-based work to a more integrated, agile model. You will not only serve your own teams but also act as a mentor to other Scrum Masters who are newer to scaled agile environments. This is a high-impact position where you will influence the long-term success of a critical product while fostering a culture of self-management and continuous improvement.

A day in the life

• You will facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to keep our delivery on track and our communication transparent.
• You will coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, helping them move toward true self-organization and effective backlog management.
• You will actively remove systemic obstacles and facilitate alignment across multiple teams, ensuring that our scaled agile environment functions smoothly and efficiently.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with deep experience in Agile methodologies, ideally within a scaled environment like LeSS. You possess a natural ability to coach others, and you feel comfortable guiding former team leaders as they adapt to new ways of working. You are fluent in English, and you have a proven track record of managing backlogs and improving team performance through clear metrics and consistent feedback. You thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about building healthy, sustainable team cultures.
