What you'll be doing
- You will design and deliver new product functionality and enhancements by working within our feature delivery teams on the Force.com platform.
- You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, working closely with product managers and customers to ensure we build exceptional products.
- You will maintain a high standard of quality by writing clean, modular code, performing thorough unit testing, and identifying technical debt to continuously optimize our system.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep technical background and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React.
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs, including REST and Metadata, as well as Git for version control.
- A solid understanding of System Administration, including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and security configurations.
- A commitment to Unit Testing and software development best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- An interest in mentoring team members and leading delivery initiatives.
