Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will report directly to the Enterprise Systems Manager and play a vital role in designing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce environment to support our evolving business needs.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and DocuSign CLM, by managing configurations, workflows, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Proactively maintain system health through regular security reviews, release updates, and data management initiatives to ensure an exceptional user experience.

What you'll need

• A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required, with preference given to those holding Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certifications.
• Proven experience in a technical lead capacity within Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations.
• Strong technical proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, SQL Server, NetSuite, and OpenAir.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and support your teammates.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with the final offer based on your specific skills and experience. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for an annual bonus and the following benefits:
