About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in the design, implementation, and ongoing success of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will own day-to-day support, develop essential runbooks, and participate in strategic initiatives that help our business scale. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects, diagnosing complex issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming development requests while overseeing the ticket queue to ensure that Salesforce issues and enhancements are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, sales, and operations teams to build integrations and develop processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Bridge the gap between technical development and end-user needs by contributing to product scoping, documentation, and training efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Salesforce administration and a passion for building scalable solutions. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably within a high-growth business environment.
• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator credentials.
• Proven experience working within highly customized Salesforce environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and a track record of working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business operations tools such as GitHub, Gearset, Dialpad, Zapier, and LeanData.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: Additional certifications such as Salesforce App Builder or Developer.
