Since our founding in 2018, Arealytics has established itself as a premier provider of commercial real estate information and technology solutions. We successfully launched our research markets in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and we are now focused on expanding our footprint across the remaining Australian Capital Markets. Our leadership team brings over 25 years of international experience to the table, and we are looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Representative to help us deepen our customer base and drive our next phase of growth. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key outcomes
- Achieve consistent revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing accounts.
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients to build strong professional relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with our internal pricing policies.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM.
- Analyze competitive market trends and provide actionable feedback to management regarding our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, and partner networking.
- Stay current with industry developments by attending conferences and engaging with professional networks.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in either the commercial real estate industry or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and the G Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to meet collective challenges.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Direct experience working within the commercial real estate sector.
Compensation
We provide a competitive package that includes a base salary, superannuation, and an uncapped sales incentive plan. Employees in this role also benefit from the ability to work remotely.
