We are looking for individuals who are motivated by purpose and want to help us pioneer new frontiers by integrating complex, multi-modal data to change the landscape of global diagnostics.
The role
We are searching for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though it requires significant travel across the territory. We are looking for a seasoned professional who is ready to take ownership of their region while operating with a high degree of autonomy. You will be based in the United States, ideally near a major airport in Washington D.C., Baltimore, or Philadelphia, to facilitate the 50 to 75 percent travel required for this field role.
Core responsibilities
- Take the lead on prospecting and pitching to drive business development and secure new partnerships.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline while managing consistent momentum throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Partner closely with our customer success and support teams to ensure that new clients receive effective, high-quality onboarding.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in consultative sales.
- Proven background in selling NGS or genomics products into hospital systems and lab environments, or extensive commercial experience with diagnostic solutions.
- A hunter mentality with a strong drive to generate new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory, which includes Central and Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
Compensation and benefits
We are proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2024 by Built In Boston. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Uncapped commission structure with accelerators for exceeding performance targets.
- 401k contributions.
- Full healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- The flexibility of remote work.
How to apply
If you are ready to apply your passion for healthcare to a mission-driven organization, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and any relevant supporting information to begin the process. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a series of interviews and screenings, where you will have the opportunity to connect with our Talent Acquisition team, the hiring leader, and key stakeholders from across our business.
