Focus Enterprise Solutions serves as a strategic partner for project and management activities centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. We help small and medium enterprises navigate their digital platform transformations by connecting the right people, data, and insights to maximize the value of their ERP systems. As we continue to grow our team of 35 professionals, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join us in a full-time, remote capacity to drive new business and help our clients achieve their future ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from proactive lead generation and prospect qualification to closing deals.
- Analyze the market to identify new prospects who can benefit from our ERP solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by utilizing a consultative selling approach.
- Engage with stakeholders at the C-level to build strong professional relationships.
- Oversee the sales funnel and monitor the progress of active deals.
- Develop and market new propositions to stimulate revenue growth.
- Draft proposals and conduct professional negotiations to secure new business.
- Network actively to forge partnerships and uncover new sales opportunities.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- A natural ability to network and build long-term professional relationships.
- Professional proficiency in English.
