As a globally distributed, remote-first organization, we are at the center of the shift toward AI-driven software development, providing the secure infrastructure and verified environments that make autonomous workflows trustworthy. We are currently seeking a highly consultative Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and support our most strategic accounts.
Key outcomes
- Lead technical discovery sessions with DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams to address software supply chain risks and AI governance requirements.
- Shape technical requirements early in the sales cycle to align customer goals with our solutions in container security and AI integrity.
- Design and execute structured proof of concepts that demonstrate clear value, policy enforcement, and secure build pipelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical champions, providing architectural guidance on secure AI model lifecycles and DevSecOps best practices.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence our product roadmap.
- Develop reusable technical assets, such as workshops and demos, to scale our impact across various strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in running competitive proof of concepts with well-defined success criteria.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containers and modern application architectures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both senior technical stakeholders and business leaders.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience with Docker, container ecosystems, or related technologies.
- Background in software development, agentic AI development, or managing the software development lifecycle.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is 171,000 USD to 244,000 USD OTE, plus equity. Our benefits package includes:
