We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indonesia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in our nationwide recruitment initiatives, helping us identify and attract top-tier talent to support the continued growth of Gojek. Our company is part of the GoTo Group, the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia, which provides a comprehensive suite of services ranging from on-demand transportation and food delivery to financial solutions. Responsibilities
- Create and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy that directly supports our broader business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to a high-performing group of recruiters and talent specialists.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- A proven track record of designing and rolling out successful recruitment strategies.
- Deep knowledge of current recruitment best practices, as well as the tools and technologies used to support them.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A clear commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Analytical proficiency and a history of using data to drive key hiring decisions.
