What you bring
As a Senior Recruiter in a full-time, hybrid role based in Germany, you will be instrumental in supporting our business units and tech teams. You will focus on identifying top-tier talent while continuously refining our hiring strategies to ensure we remain an employer of choice. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and conducting briefing calls to leading interviews and negotiating offers.
- Leading employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation and attract high-quality candidates.
- Tracking key talent acquisition metrics and providing data-driven reports to support our ongoing recruitment improvements.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings at least five years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of two years specifically focused on tech and business roles. You should be a proactive team player who is comfortable navigating Google Workspace and various Applicant Tracking Systems. Fluency in both English and German is essential, as is a strong ability to build lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You should be result-oriented, KPI-driven, and possess a genuine passion for networking and staying ahead of modern talent attraction trends.
