What you bring

As a Senior Recruiter in a full-time capacity, you will serve as a key Talent Acquisition Partner within our organization. This mid-level role is based in Germany, specifically in Munich or Frankfurt, and operates under a hybrid work model. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process for a specific business unit.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external service providers and recruitment agencies.
• Proactively identifying top talent through active sourcing strategies on professional networks like LinkedIn.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with at least two years of professional experience in recruitment, ideally within management consulting or a service-oriented environment. We value candidates who stay informed about current trends in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You must be a strong communicator with a professional demeanor, a proactive mindset, and a genuine team-oriented spirit. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this position.
