We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Tokyo, Japan, to help us identify and attract the talent that will drive our future.

What you'll be doing

• You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing passive candidates for engineering, IT, and design roles to negotiating and presenting final employment offers.
• You will partner directly with our hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and implement proactive hiring strategies that meet our growth goals.
• You will serve as a brand ambassador by attending networking events, managing candidate relationships, and utilizing market research to build a robust talent pipeline.

What you'll bring

• You possess bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese, allowing you to communicate effectively across our international teams.
• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle, in-house recruiting within the high-tech industry.
• You bring a proven track record of managing high-volume or project-based recruitment for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
• You are comfortable using data to influence hiring decisions and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
